Semi-sweet red wine with lively bubbles. Dominant aromas of cherry, gooseberry and pomegranate. Soft body, with balanced acidity. Lasting aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Ideal combination with spicy dishes, salads, fruit salads but also with sweets such as cheesecake.
Ideally served at 8-10 oC.
