Manolakis Estate has been cultivating for the last few years in Agios Vasilios Korinthias Assyrtiko, which gives wines with special characteristics.

Harvest in early September.




Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wine stays for 3 months on its lees with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic characteristics

White wine with aromas of ripe fruits such as pear, apricot, banana and an elegant expression of citrus fruits.

Exuberant, perfectly balanced acidity, rich body and aromatic development in the aftertaste.

Food Pairing

It is combined with Mediterranean dishes based on fish and seafood, fresh green salads, as well as Japanese dishes.

Served at 9-110 oC.
