Aging three months in oak barrels.
Deep ruby color, aromas of ripe gooseberry, cherry, red pepper, tomato, notes of cardamom and licorice.
Lively wine with refreshing acidity, rich mouthfeel and intense aftertaste.
Served at 17-19oC.
