20 years ago Dimitris and Thanasis Manolakis, recognizing the potential of the variety, planted for the first time in Agios Vasilios Korinthias Malagouzia. The variety adapted perfectly to the soil and the microclimate of the region, giving special wines from the first years.

Malagouzia is now the flagship of the estate, with high aromatic potential and exuberant character.

Harvest at the end of August.

Vinification

Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wine stays for 3 months on its lees with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic characteristics

White wine with slight greenish highlights, rich aroma of citrus fruits and flowers.

Balanced taste with refreshing acidity that gives freshness and a lasting aftertaste.

Food Pairing
Seafood, poultry, pasta with light sauces and fresh vegetable salads, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Served at 9-11 oC.
