Agiorgitiko is a versatile variety. In addition to red wines, it produces excellent Rosé wines, such as the M series of the Manolaki Estate.

Vinification

Staying for a few hours with the grapes, cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wine stays for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic characteristics

Bright rose color, elegant aromas of red forest fruits, raspberry, strawberry, cherry.

Cool acidity, exuberant mouthfeel and long aftertaste.

Food Pairing

It accompanies dishes of the summer Mediterranean cuisine, appetizers and fish, while it is pleasantly drunk on its own.

Served at 9-11 oC.
