Vinification

Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wine stays for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic characteristics

White wine with dominant hints of white flowers, lemon and rose delight.

Soft in the mouth with crisp acidity and intense aftertaste.

Food Pairing

Goes well with shellfish, fish, pasta with seafood, sushi, poultry and white meat.

Served at 9-10 oC.
